world cup heerenveen...

2nd world cup event of the year was still not so good for me...1500m was 4sec slower than last year and my 5000m was 6m58 so my slowest time of the year....something is going wrong and i have to find the solution quickly...

so on saturday evening i got new blade to try... and on sunday i was already better with 1m12.69 in the 1000m...finally i got more speed back as i could do a lap of 26.7 , my fastest for this year...in the afternoon i did team puirsuit and france finished 11th...

next week end i go to moscou...for 1500m and 10000m...

berlin world cup 08

first week end in berlin was not so good...i was kind of slow in the 5km with a 6m53...
on saturday i didn t recovery good from this long 5km so i got a 1m51 in 1500m....still not good enougth...compare to last year and compare to my training times....
next week end in heerenveen....

back in holland

i m finally back in holland inn hotel in wolvega after 6 weeks in salt lake city. i was a pleasure to skate in thialf again....it s nice to feel the atmosphere here with so many skater 1 week before their national championship...
i spend lot of time before and after training to do resistance stretching with roger. it give me good feelings.
