In the last days, skaters in six different categories were nominated for best skater of the year awards. Mantia, Begg, Davis, Klassen, Ohno and Roberge won in their respective categories.

Furthermore, Roberge is still very young and should be a strong contender in following world cups, and Olympics. Korean Sun-Yu Jin and Chinese Meng Wang complete the top 3.
