Les Canadiens Philippe Riopel et Kelsey Duffield remportent les épreuves de 1000m des Championnats nord-américains

Calgary, Alberta – Les membres de l’équipe nationale de développement Philippe Riopel, de Lachenaie, au Québec, et Kelsey Duffield, de Red Deer, en Alberta, ont remporté, dimanche, l’épreuve de 1000m et se sont assuré de terminer au premier rang du classement cumulatif de cette distance aux  Championnats nord-américains disputés à l’Anneau olympique. Tous deux auteurs d’une nouvelle marque personnelle, Philippe Riopel a de plus réalisé le meilleur chrono de la saison sur 1000m.
